At Koku, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

Return Process: To request a return, please email us at official.koku@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
