All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll notify you via SMS or email.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.).

🚫 Delays, Damaged or Missing Packages
While we strive to ensure safe delivery, Koku is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier
If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and any supporting photos.
